Welcome to the International Art and Design Fair. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the International Art and Design Fair mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.
The International Art and Design Fair is set to enrapture festival lovers once again. Our venue will leave you fascinated, captivated and enthralled. With performances ranging from classic to contemporary, traditional to avant-garde, each act will inspire you to greater heights.
International Art and Design Fair This international art fair at the Seventh Regiment Armory is dedicated to everything from the 20th century, including furniture, painting, sculpture, jewelry, photography, textiles, tribal artifacts and other areas of art and design. The fair is one of five set up by husband and wife team Brian and Anna Haughton, with the aim of introducing top European dealers and a proper vetting system into the New York fairs scene. Their projects now dominate the art connoisseur's New York calendar.
First came the International Ceramics Fair & Seminar in London back in 1982, then the International Fine Art and Antique Dealers Show in 1989, followed by the International Fine Art Fair which started and later the International Asian Art Fair and the International Ceramics Fair (now held in London).…...more!
